Refunds on lift tickets due to a ski/snowboard accident

Refunds on lift tickets due to a ski/snowboard accident are only given, if the lift ticket is deposited at one of our ticket offices. There will be no refund for the period the ticket was issued to the deposit of the ticket. A physician’s note is needed to receive the cash refund. Family members who have to depart early together with the injured skier/snowboarder will not receive any cash refund. No refund in case of illness even if a physician’s note is provided. Lift tickets are non-transferable!

Lost or misplaced lift tickets will not be replaced. No refunds or renewals will be given in the event of bad weather, unexpected departure, service interruption or closed ski runs. Once purchased, ski tickets cannot be exchanged, renewed or transferred.

Tickets are checked at the turnstiles!

Conditions of carriage: Please observe the conditions of carriage specified by the individual lifts (notes at ticket offices and lifts). 

Ski slope accident: Contribution to the rescue expenses has to be paid.
