 Car, bus or train? Here are the answers.

By car to kasberg 

Your Route to Almtal

 

Via A1 motorway

  • From Vienna: take the A1 heading Linz/St. Pölten/Pressbaum, then continue on motorway A9 towards Slovenia/Graz, take exit ‘Ried im Traunkreis’. Follow Kremsmünsterer Straße to B120 and Almseestraße, then Bauernstraße and In der Lahn to Kasberg.
  • From Salzburg: motorway A1 to exit Regau, take B145 towards Regau and follow the signs ‘Gmunden’, then onto B120a, Scharnsteiner Straße and Almseestraße, Bauernstraße and In der Lahn to Kasberg.

From Vienna and Salzburg: ÖBB or Westbahn take you to Wels train station. There take the ÖBB train to Grünau and continue to Kasberg bottom station with the ski shuttle bus!
